Most of our work is operations and automation: document and information management, workflows, dashboards, integrations, task automation, and internal knowledge systems. We also do custom builds when the right tool does not exist, including internal tools, custom software, web and mobile applications, and APIs. We build customer growth systems too, covering websites, follow-up, reviews, local SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) for visibility in AI-generated answers, though that is usually a second project rather than the starting point. Service is available in English or Mandarin. Games sit under FusionKong Labs.
The 30-minute audit is free. A Starter automation is $888 for one automation with a fixed scope, delivered in about two weeks. Larger system builds run from $1,888 to $8,888, and anything beyond that is quoted individually. Support is free for the first month, then $166 per month only in the months you actually need it. A paid month covers changes, fixes and questions on the systems we built, with no commitment to the next month. It does not cover building something new, which is quoted separately. There is no lock-in and no ongoing retainer.
We do not currently offer cold calling, outsourced sales, prospect finding, partnership negotiation, managed IT support, or cybersecurity. We do not sell standalone AI consulting or daily social-media management retainers. Content and campaigns are normally part of a complete customer-growth system.
